Digital Experience
SameDay: A Live Program Website for a City Culture Festival
Time, place, and changing conditions guide a festival information system designed for use on a phone.

Start with the experience on site
This fictional festival spans nine small venues. Weather and equipment can force program changes. Visitors already in the neighborhood need to know where to go next.
Information priorities
The mobile home page shows programs near the current time, walking distances, and status. Posters appear in introductory and sharing visuals, while high contrast text makes the main schedule understandable on its own.
Filters include starting now, indoors, no booking required, and accessibility conditions. Selecting an event produces a simple route without an account.
Dynamic design
Saturated blue and fluorescent yellow highlight time and status. Animation shows paper strips rearranging to explain changes in the program.
Connect to physical wayfinding
Venue numbers, colors, and arrows match street signs. A staff member updates one event status and both the website and on site screens use the same wording.
Success means visitors can find their next event with less anxiety.
